jitase Terms & Conditions

jitase reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1 Definitions

• "Platform" means the jitase website accessible at jitase.app and all associated services, games, and features.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered a jitase account and is aged 21 or above.
• "Account" means the personal registered account held by a Player on the jitase Platform.
• "Wallet" means the BDT-denominated balance held within a Player's jitase Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credit awarded by jitase subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits and winnings held in a Player's Wallet that are not subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which jitase does not accept Players, as updated from time to time.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on jitase, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Players aged under 21 are strictly prohibited from using the Platform in any capacity.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual person and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of or located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or use.
• You have not previously had a jitase account suspended, terminated, or self-excluded on a permanent basis.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of jitase or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
• All personal information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and payment method details — is accurate, current, and truthful.

jitase reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership) at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3 Account Management & Security

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on jitase. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all Wallet balances, including any winnings accrued.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. If you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify jitase support immediately at [email protected]. jitase will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to safeguard their credentials.

jitase may temporarily or permanently suspend an Account without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

jitase accepts deposits exclusively via the payment methods listed on the Platform at any given time. Currently accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. jitase reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice where practicable.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. No upper deposit limit is set by jitase, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits.
• Deposit processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket typically reflect in your jitase Wallet within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawal requests: Standard processing time is 1–4 hours for mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days.
• Withdrawal verification: jitase may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be sent to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same Account.
• Currency: All balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied within the Platform.
• Bonus withdrawal restrictions: Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal. Real Money Funds are not subject to wagering requirements unless co-mingled with an active bonus.

jitase does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jitase bears no responsibility.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

jitase offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general conditions set out here. Where there is any conflict between an offer-specific term and these general Terms, the offer-specific term shall prevail.

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and above who have completed account verification.
• Unless stated otherwise, welcome bonuses are available to new Players on their first deposit only.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified in the offer. Unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of the validity period and are forfeited without compensation.
• jitase reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with notice provided where reasonably practicable.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, traded, or sold. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension.
• Certain game categories (e.g., live casino, sports betting) may contribute to wagering requirements at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are stated on each offer's dedicated terms page.

6 Game Rules, Bets & Outcomes

All games available on jitase are provided by certified third-party game studios including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Habanero, Play'n GO, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are displayed within the game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable game rules.

jitase acts as a platform intermediary between Players and game providers. The outcome of all casino games is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated and audited independently by the game provider. jitase does not influence game outcomes. For sports betting markets, outcomes are determined by the applicable sporting event result as reported by official governing bodies.

Bets that have been confirmed and accepted are binding. jitase reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) it was placed after the relevant event had concluded; (b) a technical error caused the bet to be accepted at incorrect odds or stakes; (c) the bet was placed in breach of these Terms or any applicable game rules. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Wallet.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jitase Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Wallet balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other Players to influence game outcomes, share information in real-time poker or live games, or engage in chip-dumping.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or any technical vulnerability in games, payment systems, or promotional mechanisms.
• Using the Platform to launder money, structure transactions, or engage in any conduct connected with financial crime.
• Impersonating another person, using stolen payment credentials, or providing false identity information at any stage.
• Opening or using multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or evade self-exclusion.
• Sharing your Account with another person or allowing any third party to use your Account credentials.
• Engaging in any conduct intended to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the jitase Platform, its servers, or associated infrastructure.

8 Responsible Gaming

jitase is committed to the welfare of its Players and actively promotes responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools, available to all Players from within their Account dashboard after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts in BDT. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period. Effective immediately upon activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications at 30-minute, 1-hour, or 2-hour intervals displaying your net session result.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently restrict access to your Account. Exclusions are binding for the full chosen duration and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts showing total time spent on the Platform and net gaming balance for the session.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jitase Platform — including but not limited to the jitase brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jitase or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting entertainment.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jitase Platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of jitase intellectual property may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jitase shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to technical maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, banking institutions, etc.).
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Game outcomes determined by certified RNG systems operated by independent game providers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

jitase collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jitase uses industry-standard 256-bit TLS encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform.

12 Account Closure & Termination

You may close your jitase account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Wallet will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all identity verification requirements have been met. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon account closure.

jitase may terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, where: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation; (c) continued operation of your Account poses a risk to the Platform or other players. Where termination is initiated by jitase without cause, any verified Real Money balance will be returned to you.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the jitase Platform should first be raised with our customer support team at [email protected]. jitase is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. We aim to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

jitase does not make representations about the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your location.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jitase reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, affected Players will be notified via their registered email address or via an in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect. Minor clarifications or corrections may be made without prior notice. The current version of the Terms, including its effective date, is always available on this page. Your continued use of the jitase Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15 Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms, together with the jitase Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus or promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and jitase in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
